Shipping within Canada
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $85 CAD+ (before taxes) shipped within Canada, and $12 flat rate standard shipping on all other orders.
Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-5 days after receipt of your order.
Orders placed by 12pm MST on standard non-holiday weekdays will be processed within 48 hours. Most orders ship via Canada Post. Please note that rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.
Local Calgary and area clients have the option of selecting ‘pick up’ to bypass shipping and pick up order from the studio mailbox.

Shipping to the USA
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $125 CAD+ (before taxes) shipped to the US and $15 flat rate standard shipping on all other orders.

International shipping outside of Canada and the USA
At this time we do not offer standard shipping outside of Canada and the US. Please contact support@adriennefurrie.com for a shipment quote to your international destination and we will do our best to make it happen for you in a way that gets your order to you quickly and affordably.
Packaging
For the sake of the environment and to keep shipping costs as lean as possible we strive to keep packaging minimalist while still carefully protecting the contents of your order. While extra fancy packaging is lovely let’s be honest it just ends up in the landfill, so let’s save you money and the planet at the same time!
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number.
Taxes and Tariffs
Any duty and customs tariffs that may arise when shipping across international borders are at the additional expense of the customer and are not factored into your order quote here at Adrienne Furrie Image. Any additional taxes and tariffs that do arise crossing borders are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid directly to the shipping company before they will release your order to you.

Returns
We are fully committed to making sure you receive exactly what you need and providing top level customer service to our customers and accept returns free of charge.
If you receive products from adriennefurrie.com that do not meet your expectations, please contact us at support@adriennefurrie.com prior to shipping anything back. We will coordinate for the unused or gently used products to be shipped back at no expense to you.
Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Contact us within 60 days of purchase for a store credit.
Straight across exchanges cannot be processed at this time, instead a refund will be coordinated as outlined above. From this point you’re free to then simply please reorder your replacement items.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at support@adriennefurrie.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can promptly take care of any issues.
