My Approach
I've been doing makeup professionally for over 20 years and have trained in the romance capital of the world - Paris - making me particularly well suited to deliver on “Trés Chic”.
I would describe my makeup style as sophisticated, always aiming for soft glamour and gorgeous radiance. I want my clients to look the absolute best version of themselves - never overdone - always perfectly polished, flawless and timeless - because wedding photos tend to hang around.

Ready to Book
This is our chance to experiment, to nail the look you’re after and to make sure it holds up perfectly after you leave. It also eliminates any guesswork on your wedding day and I’ll provide a few beauty tips to prepare your skin before the big day. You bring your Pinterest board, I’ll bring the makeup.
Makeup Trials typically take 75-90 minutes and take place at Prête Studio near Marda Loop. Book a trial before you book for your wedding or book as part of the package.

Armed with a plan from our trial, I’ll get to work on making you your most beautiful. Wedding day makeup demands long-wear, (happy)tear-proof makeup that will look flawless all day long and in photos… forever! I use only the best quality makeup, I use the latest techniques and aim to send you down the aisle in style.
Rate: $225 + Travel if applicable
While you take centre stage, we want your whole wedding party to shine. We can do a consistent look between your bridal party, or let everyone choose their look. Either way, everyone will be gorgeous.
Rate: $185 each

Your makeup look is planned and discussed before we even meet in person. We’ll take into account your features, your desired look, as well as your wedding dress. I also use long-wear makeup techniques and waterproof products to ensure you look flawless all day long. This takes slightly longer to apply than a usual makeup application - so be prepared for a little extra pampering time. We usually allow a good 75 minutes.
Yes, but your trial can be booked any time to make sure we’re a good fit before you book me for your wedding. Alternatively, you can book me for your wedding and then we can coordinate the trial at a later date. This trial is our chance to plan and do your ideal wedding makeup look and make sure you are 100% happy with your look and that it holds up perfectly for you after you leave.
Please note: no wedding dates will be held in my calendar without a booking deposit.
Makeup takes place on location at the venue of your choosing.
We proudly serve the most discerning brides in Calgary, Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Fernie and have worked in most of the gorgeous mountain, city, and prairie venues across southern Alberta.
If you would like makeup done at your getting ready location on your wedding day there may be additional cost:
For groups of 4 or more we will provide on location services within Calgary city limits at no additional cost.
For groups 3 or smaller: Within the city limits $70.
Outside of City of Calgary limits ($85/hour of drive time + $0.70/KM for gas/mileage).
Parking Charges for Downtown/Hotels: Incurred costs are expensed back to client.
I can provide makeup for the rest of your bridal party and wedding guests that is tailored to their unique preferences; making sure your whole wedding party looks gorgeous.
Working alone, I can comfortably accommodate group sizes up to 6 (assuming we have sufficient get-ready time). For groups of 7 + or when timing is tight, a second well experienced makeup artist will be brought along. (Additional artist rate $100 flat fee for coordinating + booking).
Yes and Yes! I don't personally offer hair styling or nail services myself, but at Prête Studio we employ a fantastically talented hair stylist and nail tech who offers beautiful, classic bridal hair and nails for the bride and the entire bridal party.

No wedding date is held without a 50% booking deposit.
Balance owing on the wedding is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
If the booking is canceled more than 6 months in advance the deposit will be returned less a $200 admin fee. Bookings canceled less than 6 months in advance are non-refundable, they are however transferable to a different date (we cannot guarantee availability) or you can use the amount as a credit for future makeup application services.
